"Adjusted volume" is the interior volume of a sauna (i.e. Width  x  Depth  x  Height) plus an adjustment to account for "cold surfaces" in the sauna (i.e. glass, tile, stone, etc. — but not including the floor). This adjustment is typically around +20% but can be more if your sauna has lots of cold surfaces (i.e. multiple large windows).

This heater is rated for use in saunas with an adjusted volume of 530 - 813 ft³, which includes most 8-9 person saunas (based on average  sauna sizes, layouts & interior cold surfaces). Add some modern elegance with the HUUM HIVE series 15.0kW sauna heater package, engineered for sauna rooms up to 813 cubic feet (CF). This package includes everything you need to run your sauna.

Hive lineup is the testament of high-capacity coupled with pure performance. Hive is a free-standing sauna heater and has a massive 528 pound stone capacity. The large stone capacity provides maximum thermal efficiency and excellent performance. Large stone capacity ensures a more consistent, soft heat and a long-lasting hot steam even for larger saunas.

HUUM has updated its HIVE and HIVE MINI sauna heaters to include a HUUM Air Tunnel. This stainless-steel housing, positioned at the center of the heater will speed up heating by 25%, enhance air circulation, and increase the lifespan of the heating elements.

                                  The massive stone amount of HUUM Hive requires it to be shipped on a wooden pallet. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped out. All our shipments are fully insured. HUUM products are shipped from Chicago. The pallet will be delivered to your curbside. Carrier will call you to set up the delivery of the pallet before delivery. Shipping is free. For white glow delivery or express shipping options, contact us.

                                  Cancellations

                                  You can cancel your order, before the product has shipped, free of charge. We will initiate a 100% refund on orders canceled before shipping.

                                  Returns

                                  The HUUM products have a 30 day return policy. Meaning that you can return the product as long as you let us know that you want to initiate a return during the 30 day period starting from the date the product is delivered to you.

                                  You can return this HUUM product if it is unused. Meaning you have not tried to install the product, nor used it in any way. If you have received your product with free shipping, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also have to pay a restocking fee of 35% from the final purchase price of the item you return. In case you return your product, once we have inspected it at the warehouse, and verified it’s unused, we will refund the card you used to purchase the HUUM according to this policy.
