Everything from start to finish was excellent. We purchased the Harvia Spirit 8kW with the Xenio CX45 control unit, and we couldn’t be happier — it works perfectly and even controls the lights and fans. The Soak 'n Sweat team was always available when I called with questions and were consistently courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. We ordered and received the equipment several months before finishing our sauna build, but now we’re enjoying it almost every day.
