Refund policy

At Soak ’n Sweat, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident every step of the way. While we stand behind the quality of every product we sell, we understand that sometimes a return or cancellation is needed. Please review our policy below for a smooth process.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and ship based on availability. If a product is on backorder, we’ll contact you with an updated timeline.

  • You may cancel your order at no charge as long as it has not shipped.
  • Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled as a return (see below).
  • If you need to update your address after shipment, additional carrier fees may apply.
  • Orders refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage or error) will be processed as a return and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
  • Photo verification: Before approval, we may request photos showing the product in unused condition and original packaging.

Products returned outside these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom saunas or sauna kits (requiring signed approval)
  • Steam generators
  • Sauna doors
  • Sauna lumber or wood materials
  • Replacement parts (heating elements, sensors, control panels, cables, etc.)
  • Aroma oils and fragrances
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@soaknsweat.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name & order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos showing the item’s condition and original packaging

Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return instructions. Do not send any items back without written authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured carrier. Return labels are not provided unless stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 10 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the full amount minus a 20% restocking fee and minus any original shipping costs we incurred to send the products to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately following the steps in our Shipping Policy. For manufacturer defects or warranty claims, our team will gladly help coordinate troubleshooting or replacement with the manufacturer as needed.
