At Soak ’n Sweat, we believe your sauna experience should start the moment you order — smooth, stress-free, and dependable. Here’s how we make sure your delivery goes just as seamlessly as your first sauna session.
Shipping Made Simple
- Saunas and sauna kits are delivered by freight carrier, with manufacturer-set shipping rates clearly shown on each product page and automatically applied at checkout.
- All other products (including our sauna heaters and accessories) ship free within the contiguous U.S.
- Orders under $199 may include a small shipping charge.
For deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada), we’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote — just reach out to support@soaknsweat.com.
Processing & Delivery
We move fast so you can start sweating sooner.
- Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Most deliveries arrive in 4–8 business days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order’s on its way.
Delivery Methods
- Smaller packages (including compact heaters) are delivered right to your door via a standard shipping method (UPS/USPS/FedEx).
- Most saunas and larger heaters ship via freight carrier and arrive curbside. Want to make setup effortless? In select areas, we offer white-glove delivery service including room-of-choice delivery, light assembly (no electrical work), and packaging removal. - For oversized or pre-assembled saunas, delivery is made via flatbed truck. You are responsible for providing unloading equipment (forklift or crane) at the delivery site.
If your location is hard to reach (narrow roads, steep driveways, or gated access), we can coordinate a terminal pickup or alternative delivery option. Failure to notify us of access limitations beforehand may result in additional fees that you’ll be responsible for.
Receiving & Inspecting Your Sauna (read carefully)
Please take a moment to carefully inspect your shipment when it arrives. For freight deliveries, check all boxes and packaging before signing the Bill of Lading.
Here’s what to do to ensure a smooth delivery:
- Check before signing! Inspect all boxes and make sure everything listed is accounted for.
- If you see visible damage, note it directly on the Bill of Lading and take clear photos before accepting delivery.
- If anything’s missing or damaged, email support@soaknsweat.com within 24 hours. Claims made after these timeframes may not qualify for replacement or credit. Include photos of the packaging, labels, and any affected items.
- If you arranged your own carrier, you’ll need to file any damage claims directly with them.
- Once tracking shows “delivered,” responsibility for loss or theft transfers to the recipient, so please plan to be available when your sauna arrives.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Plans change — we get it.
- You can cancel your order at no charge as long as it hasn’t shipped.
- If you need to update your shipping address after your order has shipped, additional carrier fees may apply.
- Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled as a return. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.
