This adjustment is typically around +20% but can be more if your sauna has lots of cold surfaces (i.e. multiple large windows).

    This heater is rated for use in saunas with an adjusted volume of 212 - 565 ft³, which includes most 6-7 person saunas (based on average  sauna sizes, layouts & interior cold surfaces).
