This adjustment is typically around +20% but can be more if your sauna has lots of cold surfaces (i.e. multiple large windows).

Harvia Virta is a stylish electric sauna heater that offers soft and humid steam. Virta achieves smooth and gentle heat with the best technology and the right amount of stones. The stone space is separated from the heating elements and continues downwards along the inner sides of the heater, which keeps the sauna preheating time quite short. The Virta is made in Finland, the birthplace of sauna

You can cancel your order, before the product has shipped, free of charge. We will initiate a 100% refund on orders canceled before shipping.

Returns

The Harvia products have a 30 day return policy. Meaning that you can return the product as long as you let us know that you want to initiate a return during the 30 day period starting from the date the product is delivered to you.

You can return this Harvia product if it is unused. Meaning you have not tried to install the product, nor used it in any way. If you have received your product with free shipping, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also have to pay a restocking fee of 35% from the final purchase price of the item you return. In case you return your product, once we have inspected it at the warehouse, and verified it’s unused, we will refund the card you used to purchase the Harvia according to this policy.

Heaters with an "SA" after the number are Virta Combi  heaters, which have a built-in automatic steamer feature. Also please note that the HL11UE (marked with an asterisk*) is for use in commercial buildings and runs on 208V power (rather than 240V like most sauna heaters).
