Long answer: It all comes down to your sauna's adjusted volume, which is:

the volume of the interior of your sauna (width x depth x height), plus
an adjustment for "cold surfaces" in your sauna (i.e. glass, tile & stone)

The bigger your sauna is and the more "cold surfaces" (i.e. windows, tiled walls, etc.) the interior has, the more kW power your sauna stove needs.

Final note: A heater's wattage (kW) has nothing to do with how hot it will get your sauna. Virtually all sauna heaters are capable of temperatures well above what you'll want. The heater's wattage determines how large of a sauna it is capable of heating.
