This adjustment is typically around +20% but can be more if your sauna has lots of cold surfaces (i.e. multiple large windows).

This heater is rated for use in saunas with an adjusted volume of 212 - 431 ft³, which includes most 4-5 person saunas (based on average  sauna sizes, layouts & interior cold surfaces). The Harvia Cilindro PC80E is a stylish pillar-type sauna heater brings the benefits of the pillar design to households. Thanks to the grate-like outer shell, you can adjust the nature of the steam: throwing water on the side gives you a softer steam, and throwing or dropping water straight to the top of the stone gives you a sharper more powerful steam. Since this heater is made for households it is only available in 240V/1PH.

You can cancel your order, before the product has shipped, free of charge. We will initiate a 100% refund on orders canceled before shipping.

Returns

The Harvia products have a 30 day return policy. Meaning that you can return the product as long as you let us know that you want to initiate a return during the 30 day period starting from the date the product is delivered to you.

You can return this Harvia product if it is unused. Meaning you have not tried to install the product, nor used it in any way. If you have received your product with free shipping, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also have to pay a restocking fee of 35% from the final purchase price of the item you return. In case you return your product, once we have inspected it at the warehouse, and verified it’s unused, we will refund the card you used to purchase the Harvia according to this policy.

Heaters with an "E" at the end of the model name (i.e. PC60E) include a WiFi-enabled external control unit (the Xenio CX30), while models without an "E" (i.e. PC60) have basic built-in controls.
