Cancellations

You can cancel your order, before the product has shipped, free of charge. We will initiate a 100% refund on orders canceled before shipping.

Returns

The Harvia products have a 30 day return policy. Meaning that you can return the product as long as you let us know that you want to initiate a return during the 30 day period starting from the date the product is delivered to you.

You can return this Harvia product if it is unused. Meaning you have not tried to install the product, nor used it in any way. If you have received your product with free shipping, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also have to pay a restocking fee of 35% from the final purchase price of the item you return. In case you return your product, once we have inspected it at the warehouse, and verified it’s unused, we will refund the card you used to purchase the Harvia according to this policy.
